What if the property is not located within Hampton Roads?
We regret that we are not able to assist with properties located outside Hampton Roads, Virginia. We are dedicated to servicing the local market dealing exclusively with local property and business opportunities.
How do I add listings?
Adding your commercial real estate property listing to HRCP is very quick and easy. Even if you didn't read our guide on how to create a commercial real estate listing, you would be pleasantly surprised on how simple, intuitive and quick the listing process is. Our staff is always available to help. Please use our registration form to contact us and provide your listings data.
How much does it cost to list properties?
During this initial beta phase we are taking all listings for FREE! Get started with us today by using the registration form.
Why aren't I busy getting my listings ready to send to add to the site?

What happens if my property is for lease and for sale at the same time?
There is an option on Hampton Roads Commercial Property listing to select on which section your listing will show up (commercial property for lease, commercial property for sale, or both) I want to create a new listing and choose for lease and sale? Just sale? Just lease?
Can I upload multiple images at once?
Yes. On an Image upload screen click upload images, and hold CTRL key while selecting your files. Uploading multiple images at one time significantly speeds up the property listing process.
Can I post multiple listings?
Yes, but be sure to create separate (new) listing for each address. Don't think of it as a newspaper classified where you need to cramp as much information into the small space. Separate listings will increase your properties visibility and will be found faster and more often.
How do I delete a listing I have created?
Login to your commercial property account and click delete listing. Could this be easier?
